The Progress

My milestones will be at the loss of every 2 lbs - I started at 182 lbs. but I only started tracking from 156 lbs. My goal weight is 120 lbs. 

Initially, I thought it should be two pounds a week, but I realized I am not in a contest to defeat time - I want to do this right this time.  I also decided that at every 2 lb victory (or loss in this case) I will grant myself one pre-determined treat :)   

Here comes 120lbs!

146 lbs = 02/28/2012 = Demetres Dessert
144 lbs = 03/26/2012 = Full Spa Service
142 lbs = 04/03/2012 = TATTOO
140 lbs = 04/04/2012 = 3 new Pants 
138 lbs = 06/02/2012 = get engaged
